We collect information from users seeking life insurance quotes or information and share that information with licensed life insurance agents, carriers, or other third parties. We are not a life insurance company, life insurance agent, or provider of insurance advice. We do not underwrite, sell, or issue life insurance policies. Any quotes, rates, or information displayed are estimates or provided by third parties and are not guarantees of coverage, price, or eligibility.

You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for reviewing any communications or offers from third-party life insurance professionals. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site.

By submitting a form that requests a phone number, you acknowledge and agree to the TCPA consent language presented on the form. This may authorize us and the life insurance professionals with whom we share your information to contact you by phone or text (including using automated technology) regarding life insurance products and services. Consent is not required to obtain a life insurance quote or purchase life insurance.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LIFE INSURANCE QUOTES OR INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RESULT IN COVERAGE. ANY LIFE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ARE OFFERED SOLELY BY THIRD-PARTY LICENSED PROFESSIONALS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETTER QUOTE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH THIRD-PARTY LIFE INSURANCE PROFESSIONALS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
